How much is your blog worth?
For some time now I've been reading other people's "100 Things About Me" and thinking I'd like to do one too. It seems like fun to think of 100 things people probably don't know about you. So, I am ready to give you my 100 things you probably don't know about me.
01. I was conceived in New York
02. I was born in Miami
03. I was adopted at 6 weeks old
04. I was raised as an only child
05. But, I have two older brothers and two younger brothers (biologically)
06. I was crowned Little Miss Kindergarten at the tender age of 4
07. I wanted to be a nurse, a model or an actress when I grew up
08. I am neither a nurse, a model nor an actress now
09. I was in a commercial for indoor heaters
10. I was an extra in the Movie Drop Zone and met the cast
11. I was a tomboy as a child
12. I went to Crandon Park with my dad most weekends
13. Rather than change my diaper, my dad hosed me down in the front yard once when I was a toddler (Moms remember this when you think about leaving your kids home with daddy)
14. I'm a natural blonde
15. I searched and found both of my biological parents
16. I never got to meet my biological father in person because he passed away shortly after I found him.
17. I grew up in Miami but spent my summers in the Smoky Mountains of Blue Ridge, Ga.
18. I like country music
19. I bit my nails until I was 18 but now they grow like wildfire
20. My first serious boyfriend was a Marielita
21. I chipped one of my front teeth as a child
22. I wore braces
23. My overbite was so pronounced I had to have teeth pulled before I got braces
24. I never smiled in photos when I had braces so there is no evidence I had braces, except for the bill and my straight teeth
25. I didn't have hair until I was almost a year old
26. My hair is naturally curly and also grows like wildfire
27. I have most of the same friends now as an adult, that I did as a child growing up
28. I graduated High School at age 17
29. I was a Thespian, a member of Tri-M and in the Pep Squad in High School
30. My first car was an old, used 1979 White Grand Prix with red, plush interior
31. I was in a car accident when the car I was in hit a city bus
32. That same year I was in a school bus that got hit by a car
33. Sometimes I still think that at some point I am going to be hit by a bus, because that's all that's left to complete the trilogy
34. I'm an extrovert
35. I had the chicken pox at age 23 (and it really sucked)
36. I've never broken a bone, fractured or dislocated anything (knock on wood)
37. I worked in the Printing Industry for 10 years
38. After that I worked in the Travel Industry
39. After that I worked in the Technology Industry
40. I lived in New Jersey for a few months
41. I've gone parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and mining for gems. I'd like to go skydiving
42. Here are some places I've traveled to: Venezuela, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, St. George, St. Thomas, Grenada, Guadalupe and Aruba
43. I remember when it snowed in Miami
44. I never saw real snow until 2002/2003
45. I have three children
46. I met my husband through wartime correspondence
47. I got married on live television
48. It was the opening for the 6 PM news (and replayed @ the 10:00 and 11:00 too)
49. Diane Magnum's producer was my wedding planner
50. My best friend walked me down the aisle
51. I lost my father to cancer in September of 2000 (Mesothelioma)
52. I miss my dad every single day
53. I kept my last name and added my husband's last name to the end
54. I use a space between the two and never hyphenate
55. I think the hyphen looks like I am subtracting; it should be a plus instead

104. I love scary movies but I'm terrified by ones dealing with God and the Devil so much so that I usually can't watch them
